How to Structure a User Story

So usually a user story has, I would say at least two sections. And if you think of it as headings in your user story, the first one is going to be a narrative. So for example, and it's usually written this way, by the way, so the words I'm using are very specific. You can almost see the jogger running through a park and they have a, some kind of digital watch on that, that can send them messages. But they only want to respond to the ones that are most pressing because they're out running or doing their thing. Right?
