The construction of a free society would create new incentives for work. The life instincts themselves strive for the unification and enhancement of life. In non repressive sublimation, they would provide the libidinal energy for work on the development of a reality which no longer demands the exploitative repression of the pleasure principle. So I guess we're all like camgirls now. UBI is going to incentivize bill to work, I'm sure. But freedom from the rule of merchandise over man is the precondition of freedom.
