Who gets to approve strikes and military action, theyre right? Who says when it is ok to act? Right? There's another question, which is, who says when it's ok to stop doing something, or to withdraw from somewhere? I mean, i think this is a terrible way to make foreign policy and national security decisions. But i'm also not sure that the president shouldn't have the right to make those kinds of decisions.
