How Early Are You Starting to Think About Carving Out Financials?
E, first part is really preparation, particularly defining what exactly selling this is. When you're creating those financials around this business that stand can stand alone. And also the operaty model, yes. Carving out acids is one thing, and sometimes it's very obvious of what it is. But if there's different legal entities involved, we may or may not sell that legal entity. So i'm glad we have experts in that, because it can get complicated,. especially different countries and different ownership of assets.
