Do You Think That the Academy Is Trying to Sideline Esoteric Aspects?
Do you feel there's a general push from the academy to try am sideline these esoteric aspects and pigeon hole thinkers into morea, i don't really know how to describe it, but sort of philosophically acceptable definition of things? I mean, neatness. Scholars want to be neat about everything, which is probably a bad move in a lot of cases. But there's a sort of neatness, that categorical neatness, especiallyin the twentieth century, that i think was applied to a lot of these thinkers. And also am like the history of esotericism, which is the main point of my dissertation, is really to argue for the importance of arcane thinkers such as weber
