The U.S. And Russia's Relationship to Nato
The media in the united states would have you believe that it's all about russia wanting to invade ukraine. The possibility of ukraine joining nato is seen as more provocative because nato shares a border with, i'm sorry, ukraine sharing a border with russia. Since they see it as provocative, they've been a gathering their troops and their military capability at the border. They see it as defensive, whereas the united states and sen sees it as offensive.
