How to Make a Second List

You need to identify eight items that you still remember, hopefully, you might not. After at least two weeks, you go back to that old list, right? And you look at it. You got 25 items. And now you have to put an X next to ideally one third, 30% roughly. So if you have a list of 25, round eight, seven or eight of them, something like that. If you don't know 8, if you can't remember eight, if you've forgotten almost everything, you still must choose eight to drop. That was my system in school. It worked very well. Not so great for learning things long term though.
