What Do You Think the Fed Is Looking For?
The Fed has been looking for an excuse to pause for some time. The problem is that spurred a, you know, a front run and then eventual 20% rally off the bottom. That's what these things do. And they don't want that wealth effect. They don't want speculative action in the market. So I really think this is what they've been looking for, except they need to make sure that the tail is covered.
