Can't Rememberth the Right Ever Doing This, Ever?
The don't say gay bill is ask in good faith to any parent in florida or anywhere else in country, why they think kindergardeners need to learn about sex and sexuality. The republican party has largely been pretty feckless on these culture war issues, particularly on issues that are tied to identity. It does seem that finally, republicans in elected office are kind of waking up to the idea that they're simply because the democrats or the medi or anyone else puts a target on their back doesn't mean they have to cower and fear in the right. And so ye, i think they make an incredibly easy villain and scapegoat.
