Language can increase the perceived value of a product or service. Rory gives an example where people were trying to sell something called the Patagonian Toothfish. It wasn't selling very well, so they renamed it Chilean sea bass and sales went bananas. Just adding those few adjectives to describe things can change people's perception of a product.
