i can recall sitting with a therapist prior to doing this work and saying, i am literally going to kill myself. I cannot live like this. And on that note of the c p t s d, i think mental health issues are a huge sign of stored troma. But yet, i mean, definitely, i believe physical ailments too. Some of this stuff is, you know, as much as we want to pooh pooh some of the stuff, like traditional chinese medicine or emetic medicine, some of cultures have already worked some of this out. Maybe they're righto in certainaries, maybe they're wrong. O to be otis what you think about that.
