The Laws Governing a Masora
In verse forty five and forty six, we're told what has to happen to them. And the person with saras in whom there is an affliction, his garments shall be rented,. Because to cut your garments, his hair shall be on shore, no hair cut. He shall call out contaminated contaminates, to warn everyone that he is contaminated. All the days of his affliction are upon him. He shall remain contaminated. His dwelling shall be outside the camp. Again, this is all means to help him recognize what he did, recognize what brought him to that, and hopefully fix it so that way he'll solve his problem. And eventually the manifestation will go away as well.
