A theme of what we've been talking about so far is mediocrity, that there is sort of an acceptance of mediocrity in the nonprofit space or at least a perceived acceptance of now. And I think sometimes in nonprofit world, we assume people know why they're here and they know why the mission matters. But actually in a nonprofit space, the leader has to convey the mission as often as possible.
