Bank Robbery in Siberia

Michael Conley Lloyd, 30, robbed a bank with an ankle monitor. He was wearing it to confirm his presence at the bank. The police received a tip from the bank robber's roommate's girlfriend. On the back of the note he'd slip the bank teller was a copy of his own birth certificate. This guy loves cops. He just wanted to make this job. I'm going viral.
