Meditation Number Three - Don't Know Mind
The don't know mind meditation is one of my favorite meditations to do when i'm feeling like i should know all the answers and have my life planned out. Letting go of trying to control things helps me feel more relaxed, flexible and easy going. Try to find comfort in not knowing. Embrace uncertainty as much as you can. And whenever you notice yourself planning, predicting or seeking perfection, remind yourself, i don't know.
