Sleep Trackers - Are You Getting Enough Sleep?

There appears to be a cultural shift in how little sleep can you possibly survive on too? Am i getting enough sleep? And people actually paying attention to getting ity sleep and and their sleep health. Not getting enough sleep is associated with poor cardio vascular health, diabedes, obesity, even potentially all simers s. M. When we sleep deprive someone of sleep, we do see decriments in performance. We see slower reaction times, we see more lapses of attention. That also translates to athletes as well.
