The Story of the Clays of Dorset

In the 1700s, a man would buy one area of the pit that was totally exclusive to Wedgewoods. And even today we get customers come down to look at the pits and do similar things really. So in a way are you creeping across the landscape and filling in the back after you? Yes, we're progressing slowly to our left here. The quarry will develop gradually going that way over several years. We've got another ten years to go that way to our other boundary. But that tip there will follow us behind and we will progressively restore it as I go. It's a very, very special story. The story of the clays of Dorset.
