In Ontario, you can get a lot higher rent increases if you're able to somehow turn that unit over. In Alberta, I can walk in and buy the building, raise rents pretty much the day I take over on the whole building. It's almost a reverse strategy in Ontario. You profit by getting rid of your customers and replacing them with new ones. And on the progress you make money by retaining yourYour customers are what we refer to as rounders. The tenants that stick around. They're usually like, you know, single guys in their 50s and 60s and they just rent forever. But it seems like the price points, at least in my markets are pretty much stuck
