Coaching - What's the Real Challenge for You?

I think being more coach like is in essence, remembering how to be a powerful teacher. Three of my four grandparents were teachers one of my brothers was trained as a teacher. I feel like I'm a teacher, you know I'm just not doing it in the context of the standard classroom. In those moments what I'm always trying to do is go can I create a learning moment for you. So that you create a new neural connection and my curiosity and my willingness to not rush in with action and vice giving creates the space for the people to make the the our heart connection.
