Sleeping on a Temperature Controlled Mattress

If you have a problem falling asleep, that means your brains just going at a million miles an hour. So in order to fall asleep and stay asleep, our coal body temperature needs to drop at least two degrees. The only real way to do that is by are two things. Th first one is sleeping on a temperature controlled mattress or hiring somebody throughout the night to just cool you down with ice packs.
