How to Be a CEO and Middle Manager

The trick here is that I am on both ends of that spectrum. So I am CEO, middle manager and grunt worker all in one. And some people may not like being called a grunt worker, but you're only worth 20% of what the company needs. Joe Buleg: What would it look like or what would it take for you to get to the point where you were wearing that CEO hat most of the time? Have you kind of thought through that?
