You're Treating Him Like a Monolith

Gasol: I understand people who don't have a passion for work and it's too bad because it sounds like she did some really good stuff and then wasn't paid enough to live. The problem with teachers is that they're in their dream job that teachers love teaching. And so as a result, you know, they do it without getting paid enough.
