The Talent Pool Has Become Less Attractive

Running the conservative party has definitely become a harder thing to do. I think social media has completely changed the game. The job isn't as well remunerated as it used to be. And for both those reasons, i think there's a whole load of people you can think of in the past, who just wouldn't become impece. You haveint but i think our generation, meing gavin's generation, generation x, was just not cut out for seeking high political office and the responsibilities that come with it.
