Nothing motivates athletes, in my experience, like seeing their movements. And so if they know it's working, i, you know, they want to keep doing it. I think we're missing out on some adaptation with athletes by adding variation too often in the programming. Ah, you can really see the effect of outside stressersa and what they can, what they can do to the movement speeds and the quality of that athlete session.
