Are You a Startup or a Medium-Sized Company?

AMD is a big company, but that we operate like a medium-sized company. I think for tech companies, you have to make long bets, but then you have to check very often and make sure that you're still on track with what you said you were going to do. There are times that we have to make changes. And make pivots, like, hey, that idea was a really good idea, but it's taking too long or costing too much area. So we make really long road maps, but we check very often.
