i find all this a little bit r confusing a but i guess i don't quite understand, i'm what people still find interesting here. I mean, pre committing to follow decision theory x is not the same action as doing the thing that's recommended by decision theory x at some later time. So is completely, it's completely consistent to say that, you knowli in the newcome problem. For example, if i knew that to morrow i is going to face a newcome situation, and i could precommit now to take one following evidential decision theory henceforth.
