How to Run a Meeting Like Amazon
Jeff Bezos has a famous practice thinking Amazon where if you call a meeting you have to write a brief, like a one-page brief. When everyone gets there they have to sit and read it in front of you. The response torch keeps passing and at the end if they're not going to do it they got to say why they're not doing it. And it just supercharges the whole thing. I don't call that a meeting. But if you run a meeting like that you have my blessings.
