Is This Legislation Legislatively Vague?
This is very vague legislation, and we're seeing the same types of vague legislation being promoted in georgia. It's interesting how even the school choice argument doesn't quite work there either. Even if you're putting forward legislation such as this is a messaging vehicle with, i guess, some foreknowledge, shall we say, that it's going to get struck down,. you're still doing it with the intention. You you can't, you don't necessarily accidentally get a bill passed. There was an effort by to amend the legislation to be about sexual activity, and it failed because this is one of the things disney said they did.
