Low Blood Pressure

You don't need to worry too much about low blood pressure, especially as a younger person, unless you're symptomatic with it. It keeps blood circulating from an area of higher pressure in your heart to an area of lower pressure,. which is your veins. If we didn't have blood pressure, none of us would be alive. Too high a blood pressure though, bad thing because it does wear out your arteries. And this leads to a range of problems, including the arteries furring up to your heart, your brain and so on.
