Women Work on Gender Equality

I never in a million years thought i was going to work on gender equality. Many of them are cultural barriers. We haven't measured, as a world, women's issues. And sometimes we do it for reasons we don't even realize. For instance, economists decided early on paid work were the productive things you do in society ind a corporation. They didn't think about what a woman does in her home. Our economies are built on the backs of that unpaid labor. If you don't look at it, then you're not actually measuring what's truly happening in a society.
