When you get involved, you're really learning tha whole business. You're interviewing these different functions. Can you walk me through that a little bit? What dor those conversations? What information are you trying to gather? I think what we really want to understand is how that customer experience looks like across the spectrum. It's very much collaborative process and i think it's really helpful for us with allot of different experts in different areas where we collaborate.
