What's the Technical Setup for the 10 Year Treasury Yield?

A little rally like this could be the beginning stages of something we don't know right now. credit Suisse had a note out this morning where they called it the worst non recessionary earning season in 24 years. We'll talk about some of the companies reporting this week and I'll ask Frank to share some of his thoughts on the stocks.
