The Disadvantages of Unstructured Design

UX designers are at a disadvantage because their industry is so unstructured. We're playing for the same side, as Heather Burns points out in her article about checking your privacy privilege. If I listen to them too much, I won't be able to do things the way I want. That's something that she pushes so well - we're on the same team.
