How to Adhere to Benchmarks for Hamstring Rehabilitation

The proximal hamstring, generally, you would be looking at, on a leg-kill machine, around about 15 to 20 kilos. Some patients go away, they can do 15 kilos of my machine, and they come back a few weeks later, and they say, I can't even do five kilos on the gym machine. So, I think you've got to be mindful of that, but just have some sort of idea of where you think it is at for your device that you're using.
