CKD4 Patients

A lot of my patients with CKD4, I would struggle to meet that goal. There's some evidence that the more medications you have to use to get someone to blood pressure goal, the higher risk they just inherently are. My unofficial opinion is that it's a sort of paternalistic approach to try to get people thinking 120 is over 80 is what we should be getting.
