We need to really build up more resiliency in our social and cultural infra structure. We have to begin by critiquing the infre structure that we built that actually has kept things sep it and not allow people to kind of move, move upward. And a lot of this has to do what's just simple things, just like, you don't pay people fair wages for doing the work that we expect them to do.
