Bitcoin's Debt Limit

I don't think it's going to go into a like this prolonged four to eight week government shutdown but I do think it could go into like a multi day to maybe one week shutdown. If it does, probably the most likely scenario in the next most likely is that they figure it out right at the deadline. Do you know what that has to do? Don't they always just happen to solve it just at the last minute?
