Is Boris Johnson's Return as Prime Minister Now Inevitable?

Boris Johnson has announced that he's standing again in Uxbridge and South Rieslip. Now this seems pretty surprising on the face of it because if you look at the Tories current polling, well they're gonna lose that seat. It must be emphasized for nearly two centuries broadly proving that the polls which are calamitous, the Tories are broadly right. The rule of politics in the last few years is things which seem unlikely can become the reality. With indicators we managed to coast through this crisis, prove that they say is wrong, don't risk it with labour.
