The Importance of Risk in Jiu-Jitsu
We have to remember that this is all based on a reasonableness standard not perfection right so um and we're not supposed to be looking back with hindsight 2020 which is a real problem. There's not a sport out there that doesn't have some degree of risk even if you've got people just playing ping pong people will sometimes get a ping pong ball in the eye or something like that. The courts have to look at this and say okay well what's the balance of of risk versus standards here, Alex says.
