Jason Taylor basically has a sister repository to the clean architecture one that's clean testing and in his videos he talks about this idea of clean clean sorry subcutaneous testing. The idea is that you've got your unit testing at the bottom which are small isolated tests that are really reliable easy to write and but don't tell don't give you confidence that the system works as a whole. Then up at the top you've got end-to-end tests I guess at the very tip and they're about flexing the whole system including database and even the user interface. They are super hard to write flaky hard to maintain but they give you a really high confidence if they're passing then
