Do You Have a Resting Heart Rate Below 40?

People who do ten to 12 hours of high intensity running per week, for years at a time, have worse cardio vascular outcomes than the general population. So it's not inherently harmful in of itself. It's just more often than not associated with other factors that could be potentially harmful. And like anything else, like any individual who's pushing their body hard, they should get all their health markers checked. They should get check ups and blood work done.
