Are You Looking for Data Scientists?

I am much more focused on how an individual thinks about a data problem and how they kind of start their process. And so if in your hires that are working on your team, you're not necessarily looking for people that have say real estate experience. What do you look for in the data scientists that you hire? I'll be the first to admit it is part of our interview process for seeing someone work with data.
