At this stage, we've reached a level of mastery where the acquired skills have become second nature. We can perform the task effortlessly, almost on autopilot without conscious thought. This is often associated with expertise. It becomes a natural and effortless part of our abilities. Do people tell me that I look effortless when doing X? Number four, unconscious competence. At this stage, it's not necessary for us to consciously think about each step in order to do something at a top 1% level. The skills are deeply internalized and we can perform at a high level without needing to consciously thinking about each step. And number five, unconscious competence - being able to carry out an action automatically
