When Resistance to Constitutional Change Becomes the Law?
When does resistance become powerful enough that it kind of becomes the law? It happens over time. All of these move ets were over periods of decades, sustained activism. They sort of laid the ground for a long time before they were enacted. There's a theory about interost convergence. But those intures are only going to converge im after sustained movement. And so we see some of that happening at points too.
