Brennan: "The world is feeling incredible amounts of fear and uncertainty right now" He says it's more important than ever to be in control of how you feel when you see the news. You can choose the emotions that you attach to it, he adds. Brennon wants people to use this as a platform for him to share his wisdom with others.

It is my pleasure and honor today on the Manifestation Babe podcast to have my husband Brennan join me. I truly believe that you guys are in for a treat! We are about to share with you our REAL and TRANSPARENT thoughts around how we are handling this pandemic as a COUPLE.

Brennan and I are going to share with you our views on what has been happening in the world, and we're going to have an HONEST conversation about how we are handling this pandemic together. It has been ten to twelve days since neither Brennan or I have left the house and as you can imagine, we have spent a lot of time together. We realize that there are couples out there that are experiencing being in each other's space 24/7 for the first time, so we want to share with you guys what life has looked like for us. Brennan has been my educator during this time because he has so much wisdom to share! That is why I decided to bring him on today's episode so that we can share our thoughts on; our daily life as a couple during quarantine, our business, how we resolve conflict, our finances, how we're setting boundaries, and Brennan's perspective on the virus.
