The Consequences of COVID

The values had dropped literally within a year that the values were literally 50% of what they were at the peak in Florida. And so there was no fire selling getting out of these units. In addition to that, the banks, they didn't really have, you know, lost mitigation department set up. So it got to the point where we had to make some strategic decisions on some of our properties and unfortunately, a number of them ended up packing the bank's hands.
