The Higher Up You Go, the Better Decision Makers

What we're looking for the higher up you go is better decision makers. The people who are really successful don't act like a dictator, they build relationships. You have to be able to manage and be adaptable and create relationships with people. There's no point in retrenching or furloughing everybody because your customers are other businesses of yours. So it's really important to maintain the whole system not just the little piece on the top.
