The Importance of Being Anxious
The fear of finally being revealed for the person who probably won't catch the mistake next time is actually holding me back from taking that leap. We often will feel something in our body before our mind, our conscious mind is able to discern. So how would it feel in my body enables me to envision having a different relationship with that emotional thought? Like when I realized that being anxious kept me safe from being angry, I got to say thank you to that little jujitsu move that I used to do because oh, it kept me safe. Yay.
