I wouldn't even be comfortable saying that you should use TRPC or you should use rest. I just don't feel like I have the ability to make that strong of a decision in the JavaScript world. There's all kinds of use cases and I personally wouldn't always just use one of those things. But yeah, I'm not sure why that seems to fly in. Again, maybe just because they're smaller.
