Internet computer announced December 5th its main net integration with the Bitcoin network serving as a layer two where smart contracts can hold send and receive BTC natively. Nearly every DeFi application building on internet computers blockchain plans to incorporate Bitcoin due to liquidity it provides. The block CEO of kryptonews has resigned after accepting millions from scam bankman freed in addition to a 16 million dollar loan which McCaffrey used in part to buy a Bahamas apartment. Kryptonews is one of the biggest media sources for cryptocurrency but their CEO Michael McCaffrey reportedly funneled money into the block without newsrooms knowledge.
